Bushmills Char Bourbon Cask is the third release from the Steamship Collection, celebrating the 125th anniversary of the SS Bushmills Steamships maiden voyage to America carrying Bushmills whiskey in 1890. Matured American white oak and custom-charred bourbon casks,The resulting single malt has a honeyed maltiness with notes of toasted oak, spices and crème brûlée.

NoseNotes of cream, lemon zest, honey, spice, and malt.
PalateA wheaty taste, which develops into caramel, some more spice, and kiwi. Refreshing citrus, honey and  milk chocolate also evident.
FinishA medium finish with malt sweetness and lingering spices.
