The Sexton

The Sexton is a triple distilled single malt whiskey, that has been aged in former oloroso sherry casks. Produced in the north of Ireland and made from 100% malted barely, The Sexton is a great balance of rich, dried fruits and subtle oak notes. There is no age statement but rumored to be 4 to 5 years old, it's distilled in copper pots and bottled at 40%.
