IrishAmerican Classic is a blended whiskey consisting of 70% malted barley. The blend is double distilled in copper pot stills and is non- chill filtered for maximum flavour. Matured in first fill ex American bourbon casks to ensure real smoothness. A little 10 year old single malt is also mixed in, to make it really special. Irish American Classic blend is a rich & vibrant whiskey, aromatic with a hint of spices.
